When you use the contact, quote or booking forms on this website we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, postcode or address, and the description of the work you need. If you contact us by phone, email or social media, we hold the information you share in that conversation.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange and carry out appointments, issue invoices and certificates, and keep records of work carried out (which we may be legally required to retain, for example gas safety records). Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are: taking steps to enter into a contract with you, our legitimate interest in running the business, and compliance with legal obligations.
We never sell your information. Form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider (Netlify) and delivered to our business email. We may share details with suppliers or subcontractors only where necessary to carry out your work (for example a certified specialist attending your job), and with authorities where the law requires it.
